We had Kaps build a deck for us. The deck was a large deck, 22 ft by 22 ft, with two staircases, and it was built with composite decking from TimberTech. We also added lighting to the deck. We had a few requirements on what we wanted in the deck, but Kaps handled all of the design details. There were a few areas where we preferred different detail choices and Kaps listened to all of our requests and incorporated them into the final design. I must say, the deck turned out beautifully. In the daylight, the deck looks great, but in the evening when the lights are turned on the deck is just stunning! My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work done. If you need a new deck, then I would certainly recommend them. Of the contractors that we spoke with, Kaps was the most reasonably priced and the most flexible in meeting our design and timing needs. I will certainly consider Kaps for any future home improvements for my home.

We are so happy with the work Patricio and his team did on our house converting our back screened-in porch into a 3 season room! After seeing their signs along Bay Rd and contacting Patricio, he quickly got back to me, scheduled an appointment, and provided an estimate that was fair and within our budget.Once the project got started, which was on the calendar date we agreed upon, the team kept a clean work area and showed a lot of respect for our living space. They also finished ahead of schedule and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We gladly recommend their services and will definitely hire them for other home projects we have in mind!

I hired Kaps Construction for a deck remodeling and exterior trim repair project. From start to finish, their responsiveness was outstanding, as was the quality of their work. When Fabricio said when and what time he was going to be on site, he was there. His crew worked efficiently and ensured all construction debris was removed. The end result is that the deck and exterior trim replacement look great! I highly recommend Kaps Construction and would not hesitate to work with them again!
